More About Our Imaging Services:

  • 64-Slice CT Scan

In just a fraction of a second this CT scanner is able to produce 64 images per rotation.  This means new diagnostic power in diagnosing patients with chest pain and ruling out blockages. This CT scanner offers the ability to provide a compressive view of the coronary arteries in 5 heartbeats.

  • Bone Densitometry

DEXA Scanning or bone densitometry is a simple, painless procedure used to measures bone mineral density and accurately diagnose osteoporosis.

  • MRI

Our 1.5 Tesla GE MRI with EXCITE technology provides remarkably clear pictures of virtually every part of the body. It is used to diagnose cancer, stroke and joint and musculoskeletal disorders.
  • Screening Mammography

Digital mammography captures images and converts them to a computerized display, offering greater clarity and reducing the need for additional call backs. In addition, our computer-aided detection software provides a "second look" at films, increasing our cancer detection rate.

  • Ultrasound

Ultrasound is a procedure that uses high-frequency, inaudible sound waves that penetrate the body and "echo" off the internal organs to produce high-resolution images.  The returning "echoes" are processed by a computer to produce high-resolution detailed images in real-time a feature that's useful for visualizing movement and intricate details in tissues, organs and blood vessels.
  • X-Ray

Radiography, or X-ray, as it is most commonly known is the oldest and most frequently used form of medical imaging.  X-rays can produce diagnostic images of the human body on film or digitally on a computer screen.  X-ray imaging is extremely fast and provides a rapid method of evaluating the entire body especially the joints, bones and chest cavity.
