Gynecology
Gynecologists provide expertise in a wide range of services for women throughout their life span. They provide complete reproductive medical care of women from adolescence through the post menopausal period. This includes contraceptive services, care of the problems of perimenopause, and both symptomatic and preventive care of the post menopausal years. They are experienced in the latest endoscopic techniques including diagnostic and operative laparoscopy as well as laser, LEEP, abdominal and vaginal pelvic surgery.

Gynecologic Oncology
The division of Gynecologic Oncology at Bryn Mawr Hospital offers comprehensive care to patients with cancers and pre-malignant lesions of the reproductive organs. Services include a full range of diagnostic studies, cancer screening and genetic counseling of high-risk families, chemotherapy and radiation therapy. Advanced surgical procedures include laparoscopic techniques and continent urinary diversion.

Maternal and Fetal Medicine
This division provides consultation services, genetic counseling, ultrasound, and complete prenatal care for the high-risk pregnant woman.

Reproductive Endocrinology
The Division of Reproductive Endocrinology specializes in the diagnosis of infertility as well as its treatment by IVF, GIFT, insemination, surgery (laser, microscopic, hysteroscopic), etc. The division also treats endometriosis, early pregnancy loss, hirsutism and disorders of growth/development. Consultation and ultrasound evaluation are offered to help in the treatment of complex gynecologic problems such as irregular bleeding, pelvic pain, menopausal and perimenopausal complaints and management of estrogen replacement.
