On behalf of Main Line Health Realty, we wish to inform you of some upcoming presentations about the proposed development of two new medical office buildings, a parking garage, and 28 new townhomes in Bryn Mawr, PA. 

You may have already received information directly from Lower Merion Township; however, we want to be sure that all neighbors are aware of our efforts.  The following events have been scheduled to discuss the projects:

Presentation to the Bryn Mawr Civic Association
Date:  Monday, December 19, 2005  
Time:  7:30pm
Location: Community Building at Ludington Library, Bryn Mawr Avenue
  
The current site designs, building elevations, landscaping and proposed demolition plan of existing residences will be presented to members of the community.

Lower Merion Township Planning Commission
Date:  Thursday, January 5, 2006     (Verify @ www.lowermerion.org)
Time:  7:00pm
Location: Lower Merion Township Administrative Building, 75 East Lancaster Avenue, Ardmore, PA

The proposed site development and demolition plans will be presented to the Planning Commission via Public Hearing.  You may have already received notice from the Township of this event.
