If you need to address a concern, please contact the department manager or supervisor. Should you need further information, you may contact the hospital executive office or the hospital administrator on-call by dialing the hospital operator or calling our comply line: 1-888-5-COMPLY If we are not able to resolve your concerns about the quality of care or services provided to your satisfaction, you may contact the Hospital Quality department to initiate a formal review. The hospital operator can connect you. You may also contact the Department of Health or the Joint Commission. The Department of Health regulations and the Joint Commission standards deal with organization quality, and safety-of-care issues and the safety of the environment in which your care is provided.
